The catalog is a Martin full line catalog from the late 1920s.  The tuners are Waverly gold plated slot head tuners from the 30s.  These tuners, which bear a 'vine and leaf' engraving pattern, were found on the highest level Martin guitars of the day.  This style tuner could also be found on high end Martins in nickel finish.  It is the pattern on these tuners that was used to fashion the Waverly reproduction tuners that are found on many high end slot heat vintage style guitars today.
